When you make an update to the prompt and try to test it via a “Test LLM” tab, it overwrites the changes to a previous version.
I have always followed this workflow to test my agents’ changes via LLM before promoting them, but lately there has been a state-related bug in the UI. When you switch the tab and start chatting in the “Test LLM” tab, the changes you made in the draft will be overwritten by a previous version of the prompt.
The only workaround to this is to copy the changes in the draft and then refresh the page and then go to the test LLM section and paste it again, which is quite a lot of effort.
I would really appreciate if you could fix this.
Hey @dan
Thank you for the details. I’ve forwarded them to our team for review.
We’ll get back to you as soon as we have an update.
Best regards
Hello @Shah-Fazal. Any update on this?
Hey @dan this was report as bug. We’ll get back to you as soon as we have an update.
Hey @dan team is working on it.
Hey @Shah-Fazal. Is there an update on this issue?
Hey @dan It should be fixed.
Hey @Shah-Fazal. Unfortunately the issue is only partially resolved, if you click the “replay chat” button and make some changes right before. it would revert them again.
Okay @dan I report this Again.
Hey @dan The team is working on it meanwhile this is only a UI bug.
the prompt changes are saved. it’s just the UI show stale information. reloading page or starting new chat will fix this as a temp workaround.
Alright thanks for the update. It becomes a little confusing which changes are you testing due to the UI and numerous changes that need updating successively. Would appreciate a quick resolution. TY
