We have asked for this and no updates. Basically have feature parity on simulated testing via api as retell dashboard. There are many such requests also on discord with no updates. Someone please update us
hi @Support @shaw - This is vital for me as well. Is turn-style testing (similar to what is offered for voice agents via Retell UI) available via a playground api or similar? Is there a feature release schedule for this if not already available (public API docs do not seem to support it).
Aware webchat has similar API capability to turn-style text prompting. But after voice agent support where we can use real voice agents to tests their end to end handling including tool invocations.
After supported, stable integration path for CI/debugging that mirrors production voice behavior, without relying on dashboard-only JWT flows.
