STT input but LLM dont answer -> disconnection_reason: inactivity

We have multiple workspaces, which are all working fine. We registered that sometimes our agents in 2 workspaces do not react to input from caller. No Reminder Message is triggered and then suddenly the call ends beacause of disconnection_reason. Is the LLM (Gemini 3.0 Flash) buggy regarding getting stream from STT provider Soniox or something?
