I’m using a custom SIP integration (Zadarma → Retell).
Even though I have only one agent configured and assigned to the phone number, inbound SIP calls are still being routed to an old Real Estate demo agent that no longer exists in my account.
Please reset the inbound SIP routing / fallback agent for my phone number +34951870243 and rebind it to my current agent.
This seems to be a cached SIP routing issue.

Did you remove the old number from the old account, and importat on your new account or the phone number is till in the same account?
and can you share your org id ?
Hi Omar,
The phone number has always been in the SAME Retell account.
It was never moved to another Retell account.
Old agents were created and later deleted within the same account.
Currently there is only ONE agent in the account.
