Question about variable handling in Post Call Analysis

I’m using the Post Call Analysis feature and I’d like to know: when variables are enclosed in double quotes within the analysis configuration, does Retell recognize and correctly interpret their values? Or are they treated as plain text?

Could you clarify the expected behavior and, if possible, share an example of the correct syntax?
