We’ve noticed that QA is running on our production calls. We’ve set up QA to run manually for a couple of calls, but for some reason it has been running on all the calls in production for the last 1.5 months. Why did this happen? And how do we turn it off?
Likely cause: your cohort’s End Date was left blank, which creates a dynamic cohort that keeps adding new matching calls over time. Combined with a 100% sampling percentage and no Weekly Max, it would run QA on every call matching your filters.
To stop it: edit the cohort and set an End Date, lower the Sampling Percentage, set a Weekly Max, or delete the cohort.
