I really need help fast. My logic split nodes don’t work anymore in my production agents. My client is waiting… Basically, the logic split node looks at if we are on the week-end or not and takes a certain path to either transfer to a certain person or not if we are on the week-end or not. This agent is in production since 7 months and this never happened before and we touched nothing… Fats help would be really appreciated.

Checked with the team and a quick solution is to update the conditions as follows. We are working on updating the model to support the original format. The recent node-transition update was made to reduce latency and improve accuracy.
{{current_time_America/Toronto}} is before 8:00 AM or after 6:00 PM
{{current_time_America/Toronto}} is between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM on a weekday
{{current_time_America/Toronto}} is on a weekend or holiday

hello, I tried what you said… It did not work plus the issue was marked as resolved, which it is not and this is a bug problem, please help me.
Also some logic split nodes that were working before are not working anymore…
