Hello, I sell voice agents to businesses using your platform. I currently really need help, I reported an issue last about my split nodes that were ot routing to the right place (the split nodes route according to the time and time zone) and on wednesday it said that it was resolved and I tested the fix and not is it not even fix but it is worst than before… Some split nodes were working other not and now no split nodes at all are working. I would PLEASE REALLY NEED FAST HELP on your side for this issue. i understand that I am not the only one and everything but I need you to help me fast because my client is very unhappy because of this issue that was caused because of YOU, which is understandable because his day to day operations are very complicated because of this.
