Recently lots of issues with confirmations of emails. AI cannot pronounce or spell properly anything I have mentioned. check recent call ID: call_5e6215725be19aff86b37252d6b. You will see in transcripts letters are being added. All settings been tested

I see that the AI was able to pick up the email letters correctly, but when saying it back, it does hallucinate a letter or two, although on the function call it did use the correct email.
So this hallucination came from the LLM, and I see you are using GPT 5.1, which sometimes does that. I would suggest using GPT 4.1, which is more consistent.
