Hello Retell AI Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I have already created a Retell AI account and added billing successfully.
I am facing an issue where I am unable to find the option to add or verify my own phone number as Caller ID in the dashboard.

My requirement is as follows:

  • I want to use my own Indian Airtel mobile number (+91) as Caller ID

  • This is required for outgoing calls only

  • Calls are official, informational healthcare calls (non-promotional)

  • I do not need incoming calls on this number

Kindly help me with the following:

  1. Please enable Bring Your Own Number (BYON) / Verified Caller ID feature on my account

  2. Allow verification of my Indian Airtel number via OTP

  3. Enable usage of this verified number as Caller ID for outbound AI calls

I am currently not seeing any option like “Caller ID”, “Verified Numbers”, or “BYON” in my dashboard even after adding billing.

Please let me know if you need any additional details from my side.
