Getting 403 errors from retell suddenly

Hi
I’m getting suddenly
Retell API call failed. Status: 403. Response: {“status”:“error”,“message”:“Access from sanctioned region is not allowed.”}
This is quite urgent.

Can you share your Org id and the Call ID? and What region are you from and the region you are calling?

Nevermind. I think its twilio related. Some calls on not allowed countries.

SIP 403 “No International Permission”: the error is coming from their Twlio SIP trunk (currently doesn’t have Voice Geographic Permissions enabled for all countries they’re trying to call)

Access from sanctioned region is not allowed: platform wide compliance restriction (calls to or from certain sanctioned regions) are blocked and cannot be enabled.
