While configuring the agent, TTS: 11Labs cost is shown as 0.04/min
However, I am being charged for Eleven V3 - 0.2/min
We can clearly see the CALL ID in the screenshot, still I am being asked for it.
Do you not know your own product and dashboard?
I have highlighted similar kind of approach from RETELL team in my last TOPIC as well. There is a serious lack of right approach. The effort should be towards the making the product perfect for consumers. People who are building open-source are more responsible than this.
Sorry for the inconvenience. I’ll check with our team on this
Hello @info29
Team checked this and this call’s ASR was initialized with Hindi, English, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, and Urdu. Kannada, Marathi, and Urdu are only supported by ElevenLabs v3, so auto-selection resolves to eleven_v3, which is priced at $0.20/min (vs. $0.04/min for Turbo V2/V2.5).
The “$0.04/min” label next to “11Labs” in the configurator is the provider’s default (Turbo) price. When the auto-resolved model is v3, the actual billed rate is the v3 rate. We agree the configurator is misleading in this case and we’re tracking a UX fix internally.
You can view this on the agent dashboard, in Global Settings, if you click the gear icon on the right of the voice under Agent Settings.
Thank You
Thank you for clarifying this, I ended up burning a lot of $s, not having this knowledge..
I paid hefty $0.2/min even for calls where it wasn’t in Kannada, Marathi and Urdu.
I don’t know if following is possible, just a recommendation:
