Default Dynamic Variables not saving in Security and Fallback Settings

Hi, I’m unable to save Default Dynamic Variables in Security and Fallback Settings. I click Save but changes are not saved. Tried on Chrome and Edge, cleared cache, published agent before and after — issue persists.

Thanks for the response. I wanted to follow up since the issue is still unresolved after 4 days.

To clarify the bug in more detail:

  • Agent type: Conversation Flow

  • Issue: Default Dynamic Variables in Security and Fallback Settings do not save. I click Save, the page appears to accept the input, but the values are not persisted.

  • Tested on: Chrome and Edge, cleared cache on both

  • Published agent before and after attempting to save — issue persists on both agents

  • Workaround in place: We are currently injecting variables via webhook inbound-init on our backend, so production is not blocked — but the UI bug needs to be fixed for proper configuration management.

Could you please escalate this to an engineer rather than redirecting to the forum? This appears to be a confirmed bug with the Conversation Flow agent type, not a how-to question.

Is there an ETA for a fix?

I am having the same issue in my conversation flow agent. I am trying to update the dynamic variables I currently have set in the Security and Fallback Settings option, and they are not saving.
