I’ve been using the same Elevenlabs custom voice for months, but a few hours ago it stopped working and fell back to another provider. No matter which custom voice I choose it always falls back to a platform voice. Did something change today?
Custom voices are working on my end.
First thing would be to check Elevenlabs to make sure it’s still available on there, if not thats the issue.
Otherwise basic trouble shooting eg, removing and re-adding the voice in Retellai would be the next best test.
After another hour or so, it somehow resolved itself!
