I have a transfer node that is a warm transfer using a dynamic routing feature. It has been working perfectly for a couple months and all of a sudden is now not selecting one of the numbers when transfering it shows a blank number which returns the error “Number is not in e.164 format”. Please look into this ASAP as no call transfers are working.

I updated the dynamic routing prompt to say to always output a number so it doesnt leave it blank. Not sure if that will help or not

Hey @hello6
Recommended fix — switch to predefined transfer node
Additional improvements:
-
Convert all phone numbers to E.164 format
-
Fix Jeremy’s entry which has a stray space
Thank You
