Bridge Transfer node missing transfer phone number field

Hi,

I’m using a Conversation Flow agent and added a Bridge Transfer node to transfer calls to my RingCentral number.

However, the node settings only show:

  • Talk While Waiting
  • Global Node

There is no field to enter the transfer destination number.

Where should the transfer phone number be configured for the Bridge Transfer node?

The Bridge Transfer node is actually designed for a different purpose — it’s used inside “transfer agents” as part of an Agentic Warm Transfer flow, where a secondary AI agent decides whether to bridge or cancel a transfer that’s already in progress. That’s why it doesn’t have a phone number field.
