Batch outbound calls not sending

My outbound batch calls aren’t working. I go to create a batch call. I upload the CSV file I checked the template. I made sure everything was right there. I checked it twice. Everything is right and I go to send now and it says in the status it says sent but it zero calls were sent zero answered zero success obviously but the status says sent but zero calls were sent when you look at the logs so what what’s going on? What am I not doing right what’s happening? This hasn’t happened before normally it has been working fine for me. Has this happened to anybody and what can I do to fix it? Thank you.
