What can we do to make it work faster?
Batch calling speed issues have been reported by other users, and there are a few things to check:
Check Your Configuration:
Batch Calling queues your calls without hitting concurrency limits(1). However, you can set Reserved Concurrency to reserve a number of concurrency slots for other calls(2).
Known Issues:
Other users have experienced similar slow batch call processing(3)(4). In some cases, temporary platform updates caused processing delays(3). One user reported batch calls that normally had concurrency limits of 50-60 averaged only 6/20 concurrency and took around 4 hours to complete(4).
