We received the “[IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED] Breaking Retell AI API change” email about deprecated Phone Number API fields. The email says log analysis indicated recent use of deprecated APIs by our organization, but doesn’t specify which calls or agents are affected.
We’ve audited our codebase and Make.com integrations and can’t identify which API calls are using the deprecated fields. We also have the Apr 3 model deprecation coming and want to make sure we’re not running any of those either.
Could someone from the Retell team check our account and tell us specifically which API calls, agents, or phone numbers are flagged? That would let us fix the right thing instead of guessing.
