⚠️ We urgently need back the options to define the reminder messages

Hey,

I’m having a hell of a problem here, this client wants part of his money back because of this.

I set his Agent to stop with 10 seconds silence, as this silence also counts the agents speech. With that, to avoid a long time in a call with lack of response, I setup the reminder messages like this:

  • 2 messages, 8 seconds difference
  • 10 seconds of silence to turn off the call.

That should amount to around 30, 32 seconds, adding up with the Agent’s speech.

It is becoming 55 seconds to more than 1 minute!!! Because the Agent creates a somewhat large phrase based on a interpretation it makes based on the prompt. And no, adding another command on “what to say in reminder messages” to the prompt engineering isn’t the best solution, it’ll generate us extra costs without any difference to what was working a few months ago: defining the reminder messages manually.

We urgently need that back. Who had the idea to take it off wasn’t in his right mind.

Now that I’m checking, I had dozens of calls like that. I need refund over those calls.

I can’t pay for a lame downgrade that makes silent calls go over 1 minute with 2 reminders of 8 seconds each, and 10 seconds silence.
