To find your workspace ID (also called org ID) in the Retell AI dashboard:(1)
- Click the “Workspace” button in the bottom left corner(1)
- Navigate to your workspace settings(1)
- Your workspace ID will be displayed there(1)
The workspace ID is sometimes requested when debugging issues related to your account.(1)
For your orphaned number issue, based on similar cases, you can provide:(2)
- Your Organization ID (found using the steps above)
- Proof of ownership: A screenshot from your Twilio console showing the phone number with the Phone Number SID(2)
