Yes these are all web calls from browser testing. The actual phone calls from my Telnyx number +19729440992 never appear in call history at all. The caller just hears user busy. How do I get the Telnyx inbound calls to reach Retell?
My inbound calls on +19729440992 are returning 486 User Busy and not reaching my SIP connection. Can you check your logs and tell me exactly what’s happening on your end when someone calls this number?
Hey @raasikh.business If Telnyx shows the 486 originating from its own side, the number isn’t routed into the Elastic SIP Trunk pointing at sip.retellai.com. If it shows the 486 from Retell, the number isn’t imported/bound on Retell’s side.
How do I check whether the 486 is coming from Telnyx or Retell? My debugging page in Telnyx shows ‘page not found’.
