I am working on building a solution that provides a context driven conversation where previous call data is fed to the AI agent at the start of the call. This will allow the AI agent to say things like “Is this Bill calling?” or “Hi Bill, are you calling back about your plumbing issue?”
I have a back-end built, but my issue is that is takes 3 to 4 seconds at the start of the call before the agent plays the greeting. So there ends up being a awkward silence at the start of the call and using the talking or typing feature that are there doesn’t really sound right for this.
It would be nice to have the caller hearing ringback. That way they just hears ringing while the API requests are setting up the conversation.
