We are using Commio as the telephony provider for our outbound agent. According to the Retell documentation, we are required to whitelist the following IP ranges:
18.98.16.120/30
143.223.88.0/21
161.115.160.0/19
When these CIDR blocks are expanded into individual IP addresses, they total approximately 10,244 entries.
Since all of our traffic will be originating from and terminating within the United States, can you provide either:
- A reduced IP list specific to US-based infrastructure, or
- Confirmation of which specific IPs from these ranges are actually used for US traffic?
This would help us reduce the number of entries we need to maintain.
