Hey Team,
We are working on getting calls going through Bandwidth. We attempted to send this call (Example), which looks to have timed out. Bandwidth suspects it is failing at the TLS Handshake layer, and would like to see if we can provide them with a PCAP from this call showing the certificate exchange as well as the cipher suites.
Bandwidth advised they use Digicert Global Root G2 for their certificate, and that the available cipher suites are:
TLS_ecdhe_rsa_with_aes_256_gcm_sha384
TLS_ecdhe_rsa_with_aes_128_gcm_sha256
Rsa-with-aes-256-cbc-sha-256
If you’re able to provide a PCAP showing the handshake negotiation, as well as a SIP INVITE if you see that negotiation successful, that would be helpful.
