Navigate IVR toggle in warm transfer tool not saving (Multi-Prompt agent)

The “Navigate IVR” toggle on a Transfer Call tool doesn’t save. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a Transfer Call tool on a Multi-Prompt agent

  2. Set transfer type to Warm Transfer

  3. Toggle Navigate IVR to ON

  4. Enter navigation instructions (e.g. “Navigate to Existing Patient menu”)

  5. Update

  6. Close and reopen the tool

The toggle is back to OFF and the instructions are gone. No error is shown at any point.

I also tried enabling “Whisper Debrief Message” first before toggling Navigate IVR — same result.

The feature is completely unusable via the dashboard on Multi-Prompt agents. Needs an API workaround to get around it.
