The “Navigate IVR” toggle on a Transfer Call tool doesn’t save. Steps to reproduce:

Open a Transfer Call tool on a Multi-Prompt agent

Set transfer type to Warm Transfer

Toggle Navigate IVR to ON

Enter navigation instructions (e.g. “Navigate to Existing Patient menu”)

Update
-
Close and reopen the tool
The toggle is back to OFF and the instructions are gone. No error is shown at any point.
I also tried enabling “Whisper Debrief Message” first before toggling Navigate IVR — same result.
The feature is completely unusable via the dashboard on Multi-Prompt agents. Needs an API workaround to get around it.
