Whenever I test my retell bot by making inbound calls to it from my personal cell phone numbers, it goes to busy immediately, or rings endlessly, on about 50% of the dials I make. The other 50% work =totally fine and I can’t seem to figure out what goes wrong. Clearly the system isn’t completely disconnected and the Twilio to retell.ai configuration isn’t completely messed up. Otherwwise we wouldn’t be seeing any calls go through. But ther’s definitely something wrong seeing as it only works 1/2 the time. I’m planning to switchh over from Twilio to Signal House anyways pretty soon here, so it may not be an issue shortly but I doubt that would change this setting. Let me know what I need to check and test and verify in order to troubleshoot.
Other threads just talked about how to actually set up the trunk and connect to the telephony provider. Fortunately they’re already connected and functional, just not reliably.
