i have two workspaces right now and want to transfer the agents from one to another
Hey Yochana, as far as I’m aware you cannot. The best bet here would be t odo it via a call transfer and have a number set up in the other workspace to transfer the call to, either via warm or cold transfer.

The best way to do it by exporting your agent from your 1st workspace, this would download a file with agent_name.json on your PC. Now, switch to 2nd workspace, click on import and upload this agent_name.json file. Now you have the agent available on both the workspace.

What do you mean by transfer? Do you want the agents to do a phone transfer (if so then give a phone number to the other workspace agent and do a call transfer). If you are talking about getting your agents into the new workspace (copying or migrating) then export your agent and then import it into the new workspace.
Unless im missing somthing in his request its this simple
