Calls are not getting transferred after giving Extensions

Hi @mark1 we tried switching to SIP REFER mode, but it kept failing.
We tried refer and invite with/without retell agent id.

Just want you to check what happens after the call connects. From our side, it looks like the call is getting transferred to the IVR (for example: call_c8e46320cc7f70776287098c5eb), but the Retell agent doesn’t seem to be picking that up.

If you test it yourselves, it should be clearer. Let me know what you notice. Thanks
