We’re building a voice agent for a business in South Korea. Retell only supports purchasing US/Canada numbers directly. We found other users have connected SIP trunks from Brazil/Germany successfully. Does Retell’s SIP import support Korean telecom SIP trunks (e.g., KT Biz SIP Trunk, SK Broadband CloudX SIP)? Any known compatibility issues with Korean carriers?

Yes, RetellAI Supports connecting SIP trunk. I don’t think there should be any compatibility issues with any carrier until it is having everything needed.

Hey @bingo151515 Some countries currently do not support outbound calling using Retell numbers.
What you can do is bring your own number from any provider that supports South Korea and connect it using SIP trunking.
