In conversation flow, my agent repeatedly will not transition after exiting component - even though all transitions (including else) are connected. I’ve noted this across multiple agents as well. Can I have these investigated?
Impact
Cannot count on conversation flow at all if they occasionally just do not reliably transition. Found this on at least 5 calls today across our agents.
What I’ve tested:
Tested this with the same utterance, and variations of the same utterance both on phone with telephony on real phone call, on web call, and in test chat in browser.
