Adjust limit of Twilio CPS

I am trying to increase this to 2. I save it and come back and it always reverts to 1. I require this for call transfers. Unable to find a workaround. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Hello @daniel.puckrin
It’s not a bug, but for every 20 concurrency, you can have 1 CPS

To get to 2 CPS, you must have 40 concurrency

Hi @Omar, we’ve updated Concurrency level to 40, and still unable to change Twillio CPS number from 1 to 2. We’ve tried changing settings on Twillio side also which has made no difference. Our use case is pretty simple - we just want to be able to do a call transfer, which fails when we run this flow in live. Please can you help us get to a working Call Transfer setup? Are we even changing the right settings here or could it be something else?

Thanks,
Daniel

Hello @daniel.puckrin

Can you share your call Id?

Where do I get a call ID? This isn’t relating to a specific call. Do you mean the ID in phone numbers? If so, it is:
+447476993717

You are saying the transfer call is failing. I need a call id that has a failed transfer call.

You can get it from the call history.

Hi Omar,

Just did a live test of the failed transfer. Here is the call ID:

Hello @daniel.puckrin

Your issue is that you didn’t provide the username and password for the phone number, so you can’t make outbound/transfer calls.

This is the error you are getting
error: Error transferring call, SIP status code: undefined SIP error category: unknown Error: twirp error unknown: server required auth, but no username or password was provided
