I’ve got a normal warm transfer, it works 99% of the time but in the 1% I see things like this, ther have been two sepreate incidents in the last week. It’s passing raw instructions into spoken language (instructions which only exist on your end)

Thanks for reporting this and for sharing the two Call IDs. I understand that the warm transfer is occasionally exposing the internal transfer instructions as spoken output instead of generating the intended message.
I’ll escalate this to our team for investigation. We’ll review both calls to determine why the raw instructions are being passed through during the warm transfer and whether there is a common pattern between the two incidents.

We have just shipped a new commit which should have fixed the issue. We have tested locally and confirmed that it’s effective. Let us know if you see further instances of this issue (hopefully none).
