We are seeking a senior engineer to design and deploy AI-powered conversational voice agents capable of automating 70–80% of inbound and outbound customer support calls.

- Build real-time AI voice agents using:

### **Required Experience**
- Twilio Voice / SIP/telephony systems
- OpenAI / LLM integration
- Real-time streaming audio systems
- REST API integrations

### **Preferred**
- Retell AI Partner or Vapi experience
- ElevenLabs or realistic voice synthesis
- Prior call center automation work examples

### **Success Metrics**
- 70–80% call automation
- \<1.2s response latency
- Positive customer interaction quality\*\*

I created a working Agent for my company. I used twilio, a VPS, and gemini Live API. I wrote the code on my VPS eliminating the need for paid middleware reducing latency and cost. Please let me know if this set up would work for you. You could see a demo at this number +1 (833) 968-5782
