# Voice Orb Whitelabel

It should be possible to white label the Voice Orb that sits on a website.  
When we create a shareable voice orb link for others to talk to our agent, instead of this being branded Retell AI it should be amendable to our brand, so our customers are talking to our agent (not Retells).

Not Retell staff, but two ways to get there today while this request is open:

**1. The website widget, branded.** The embed script takes `data-logo-url`, `data-title`, `data-bot-name`, `data-fab-text` and `data-color` (or `data-theme-color` / `data-component-color`), so it can look like your product. There is also a `data-white-label` attribute that hides the “Powered by Retell” line; the token comes from Retell support, as mentioned in the white label token thread. **2. Your own orb with the Web SDK.** If you want a fully custom orb on your own domain (say `talk.youragency.com`), build it on `retell-client-js-sdk`. Create a public key in the dashboard, restrict it to your domain, and drive the orb from the audio snapshots:

Call `startCall()` from a button click (browsers block audio playback without a user gesture), serve the page over HTTPS, and nothing on it says Retell. Heads up if you built on the older SDK: `RetellWebClient` was deprecated on 2026-09-30 in favour of `RetellClient`.
