# Voice Model Issue

In certain instances, the voice tone drops as if the recording has been slowed down. For reference, please review call ID [call\_aaceb1f154576d9cf2c8fca351b]. Specifically, listen to this statement: “Do you understand that you are purchasing the Smart Health Dental PPO dental policy offered through the C A Association? Please acknowledge that you understand this statement by saying yes.”  
  
not only this, but it sometimes seems like the recording gets sped up when saying letters, or spelling.  
  
Essentially, the voice lacks consistency and sometimes hallucinates and murmurs or seems like its shutting down. | |

Hello @mychal This issue mainly stems from the voice model, and the speed is set to 0.88, but for this node it was sped up to 1.1, which can affect the agent’s voice. We recommend changing the voice model if this happens frequently. Also, since this is a static sentence, consider changing it from a prompt to a static sentence.
