Thanks for the clear breakdown! The separation of the booking and post-call analysis workflows in n8n is a clean approach to state management.

Quick question: With Retell’s Conversational Flow, do you find that the structured nodes can sometimes limit the agent’s flexibility when callers go off-script or raise edge cases that aren’t explicitly mapped? I’m wondering if a balance could be achieved by allowing more openness within certain steps essentially using a multi-node workflow for control over qualification, while keeping some stages more flexible.

Good question, we have to understand what we are build and the limitations of the agent to build the gurdrail for these kinds of off-script questions.
