@Omar_Ashraf the Retell docs explicitly describe custom_sip_headers only on the inbound (request) side: the carrier sends headers, Retell extracts Diversion/P-Asserted-Identity/etc. and converts them to dynamic variables. The webhook response schema doesn’t list custom_sip_headers (only dynamic_variables, metadata, agent_override, override_agent_id).
We need to set call transfer (outbound) SIP headers, can you implement that for us please?
