# STT input but LLM dont answer -\> disconnection\_reason: inactivity

We have multiple workspaces, which are all working fine. We registered that sometimes our agents in 2 workspaces do not react to input from caller. No Reminder Message is triggered and then suddenly the call ends beacause of disconnection\_reason. Is the LLM (Gemini 3.0 Flash) buggy regarding getting stream from STT provider Soniox or something?

Example Call:

transcript (german)  
Agent: Herzlich Willkommen. ich bin (agent\_name), die KI-Assistentin von XY (blurred). …  
User: Ich wollte ein (product) reklamieren,.  
Agent: Haben Sie den Stuhl online oder in einer unserer Filialen gekauft?  
User: In Filiale  
User: gekauft.

… ← after our setting 20sec end\_call\_on\_silence is triggered the call is finished with disconnection Reason: inactivity.

This happens since last week.

okay thanks for this advice. the whole day, we do not registered this problem again. now we have to stick to this LLM to fix this type of problem?
