# Static Prompt is not honored + Transcript errors

My agent is not honoring my greeting node’s static prompt. It only says it partially. Also according to the transcripts, the user seems to be saying half the prompt and the agent is saying the other half.

1. If a particular agent was banned, what is its Agent ID?
2. What is the purpose or intended use case of this agent?
3. A proof of company registration document.
4. Your company’s website URL (if available).
5. If you’re submitting on behalf of another company, an authorization letter permitting you to do so.  
If you’re unable to provide any of these, just let us know and we’ll proceed with the next steps.
