# Refund request for deleted phone number (purchased and deleted same day)

Hi Retell team,

I purchased a Twilio phone number (+1(636)428-3996) today and realized shortly after that I needed a different area code. I deleted the number within minutes and purchased a new one (+1(619)738-6725).

I was charged $2.11 for each number, but since the first number was active for less than an hour and never received or made any calls, I’d like to request a refund or account credit for that first charge of $2.11.

Thanks for getting back to me. Here are the details:

- Org\_ID: org\_jqGA706z1eZ9f1co
- Phone number: +16197386725 (us\_twilio\_phone\_number)
- Disputed amount: $2.00 (phone number charge from my Mar 13, 2026 invoice)
- Reason: I purchased this phone number and deleted it the same day.  
It was never used for any live calls, so I’m requesting a full refund  
for the phone number charge.
