I understand this is stressful. Based on a similar case, Retell AI’s support team may be able to retrieve a deleted agent.[(1)](https://discord.com/channels/1186424376300679209/1434948592128364574)

You’ll need to contact them with:

- Your agent ID (which you have)
- Your organization ID[(1)](https://discord.com/channels/1186424376300679209/1434948592128364574)

**Contact options:**

- Visit [Contact Sales](https://retellai.octolane.com/)
- Ask on [Discord](https://discord.com/invite/wxtjkjj2zp)

The team will check if the agent can be recovered.[(1)](https://discord.com/channels/1186424376300679209/1434948592128364574) Note that when an agent is deleted using the DELETE endpoint, it deletes all versions of that agent.[(2)](https://docs.retellai.com/api-references/delete-agent)
