When I click on “Test Audio” (the voice test button) to launch a test conversation from the agent dashboard, the entire screen jumps upward and the page becomes stuck at the bottom. I cannot scroll back up at all — the scroll seems frozen.
The only way I’ve found to recover a normal full-screen view is to click on the URL bar and refresh the page. Every time I want to run a test, I have to repeat this whole workaround, which makes the testing flow extremely frustrating.
What I’ve already tried (to rule out things on my end):
- Reloaded the page and reset zoom — no change
- Tested in incognito / private browsing mode (no extensions active) — bug still occurs
- Reduced the browser window to about 70% width — bug still occurs
- Deleted about 3/4 of my agent’s prompt to see if length was the cause — bug still occurs
- Looked for a button to collapse the prompt section — couldn’t find one
So this appears to be a bug on Retell’s side, not something specific to my setup.
