# Outbound SMS for multiple numbers

Hello! I’m using the retell API to create agents on behalf of customers. I would like to allow a customer to send outbound SMS via their assigned number. I see there if a verification process - Does this need to be performed per-number? Is there a process where I can submit in bulk or on behalf of my customers?
