# Outbound calling to South Korea not supported

Hello,

I recently purchased a Retell phone number and configured my outbound call agent successfully.

However, when trying to call a South Korean number (+82), I receive the following error:

“Call country not supported: KR”

Could you please let me know whether outbound calling to South Korea can be enabled for my workspace?

Hello @kmsung3333

Some countries currently do not support outbound calling using Retell numbers.

What you can do is bring your own number from any provider that supports South Korea and connect it using SIP trunking.
