Hi, My country (Moldova) is not available in the Persona country dropdown during KYC, so automatic verification is impossible. Requesting manual review. I’ve sent the required documents (national ID both sides + selfie with ID) to support@retellai.com from my account email. Use case: outbound voice agent for US freight dispatch operations. Calling US-based freight brokers only. @mark1 @Omar_Ashraf could you escalate this please? Same situation as topic 2448 (Moldova manual KYC) which was approved same-day. Thanks!
