# Live call webhooks not firing — Test webhook works

Agent-level webhook Test succeeds and reaches our endpoint.
Live calls complete successfully, but call\_ended and call\_analyzed are not delivered.

Agent version: V26
Call ID: call\_6bf6494917bb123a7d35ef2a5b0
Webhook events enabled: call\_ended, call\_analyzed
The endpoint is reachable and accepts Retell’s test webhook successfully.
Please check live webhook delivery for this agent/call.
Could really use some help on this guys.

Hey @ibuzzpro.hughes you were using v24 which had no webhook URL configured.
