I emailed 22 hours ago with my ID and have not received a response. I need to have my KYC verified, please. ---

I understand you’ve been waiting 22 hours for a KYC verification response after emailing your ID. For KYC verification issues, you should email [support@retellai.com](mailto:support@retellai.com) with your documents[(1)](https://discord.com/channels/1186424376300679209/1455756619353817109)[(2)](https://discord.com/channels/1186424376300679209/1452765242353254510). The support team will review your case and help resolve any verification problems. If you previously had a verified account that was deleted and are now trying to verify a new account, this may be flagged as a duplicate identity[(3)](https://docs.retellai.com/accounts/kyc). Each person can verify only one account, and the system detects duplicate identities even when using a different government ID[(3)](https://docs.retellai.com/accounts/kyc). In such cases, you’ll need to contact the support team to request a manual review[(3)](https://docs.retellai.com/accounts/kyc). Hello, can I have an update on this? I’m going to start looking at other providers without this addressed soon. It’s kind of crazy how often you have this issue on the forums and don’t have a system behind it. @Omar_Ashraf
