I am in the real estate field and deal with multiple properties. I am using RetellAI as an AI receptionist to handle initial inquiries and pre-qualify callers. I have a knowledge base with different documents. Each document is specific to a unique property. Address, type of property, price, features etc… From time to time that information needs to be updated. A price change for example. There is no way to simply edit the existing document, it must be deleted and recreated with the updated information. For my sanity, I’d like to not have to keep all of these files on my system, modify them, delete the old one from the KB then upload the new one. It is easier and faster to simply open the document on the KB and change a few characters then save.
Please consider allowing editing of these documents.
