Hi, just wanted to drop a quick note of appreciation here.

I was going through the resources you guys shared and they are incredibly well-explained and easy to follow. For anyone else finding this thread later, admin22’s video makes the whole Twilio SIP trunk setup super straightforward.

Just one small tip to add for anyone following the guide: don’t forget to check the **“Enable PSTN Transfer”** box in your Twilio trunk settings. It’s a small detail, but you’ll need it checked if you ever want your AI agent to route calls to a live human later.
